Ada is an AI guide powered by Claude (Anthropic). Ada provides general legal information based on federal law. You acknowledge that:
IEP Pro and Advocate+ members have access to community features. By participating, you agree to treat all community members with respect. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate community standards.
Your use of IEP Approved is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
IEP Approved is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular outcome will result from use of our resources or Ada's guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEP Approved LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
