OUR STORY

The diagnosis didn't change between the two rooms.
The delivery did.

It started with how the news was delivered — one rushed sentence through a door. It became an organization built on the principle and mission that the next family gets something better: a TEAM.

Every family remembers the room where they got the news.

In one room, a diagnosis was delivered fast and clinical — a rushed sentence, a pamphlet, a phone number to call "if there were questions." No warmth. No plan. Just a door closing behind someone who couldn't wait to leave.

In another room, in another hospital, with another team of doctors, someone looked at the same child and saw something else entirely: a whole person, worth getting excited about. They didn't just deliver information — they built a partnership. They handed over real guidance, connected the dots, and made it clear: you are not doing this alone.

The diagnosis didn't change between those two rooms. The delivery did.

That one difference — between being handed a pamphlet and being handed a team — is the reason IEP Approved exists.

We believe every family deserves the second room. Not sugar-coated. Not clinical. Just clear information, real partnership, and someone in their corner, every step of the way.

That's what Ada is built to be. That's what every tool here is built to do: turn hard news into a plan, and a plan into progress.

Knowledge is power. Partnership is progress. Together — we turn rights into REALITY.
